Attorney Goldberg-Giuliano Tries Criminal Defense Cases Before Juries
You need a dedicated advocate whose first instinct is not to plead guilty or strike a plea bargain when you face serious criminal matters like prescription drug possession or drunk driving.
Attorney Goldberg-Giuliano’s approach is to fight for dismissal or work to prevail at a jury trial. Sometimes a plea bargain is appropriate, but only as a last resort — and certainly not as a means to move your case through his office and the legal system quickly.
